- Refunds: Refunds may be granted within a specified period, as outlined in the course description. Refunds will not be provided for courses that have been partially or fully completed.
- Termination: Apex Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment of any student found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions without refund.
